Scouting

In the morning I "try" to get up about an hour before the kids start to rolling in...I NEED that head start because I'm not a morning person! My husband says I'm evil in the morning...I don't think I'm that bad, I just don't like to talk. Anyway I like to check my email and get on Facebook while I drink my coffee. I have my computer set up on my kitchen table in front of my bay window. The last few mornings I have noticed a humming bird flying by the window. I think she's been scouting out food before she leaves for her journey West. I got a humming bird feeder for my Birthday and I have never put it out until now...I didn't think the humming birds would find it...I live back in the woods. I thought the bees would find it before the hummers would! Anyway I'm soooooo excited to show you the pictures I took this morning of my hummers...I think I have 2 or 3 now.

Getting into TROUBLE!!!

OH MY, is all I can say...Mason is all over the place...climbing things he shouldn't...getting into things he shouldn't...eating things he shouldn't...I try really hard not to freak out...I will say it's really hard at times not too! When he's old enough I think he might be in time out a lot. BUSY,BUSY,BUSY!!!

Pictures of EP and Mason getting into trouble...I do not allow Mason on this couch and EP is suppose to be sitting not jumping!! Keep this in mind when you see these pictures.

My Baby Boy is 1

I can not believe my baby is already one! He had a wonderful 1st birthday. Last Friday was is official birthday and I was able to spend a special day with him. I only had the two boys for the day so I wanted to make it fun for them both. We had a fun filled morning with the park and lunch at McDonald's...Mason had his first happy meal...I wasn't sure if he would eat the chicken nuggets, but he did. Of course the french fries are a given...I haven't met a person yet who didn't like McDonald's fries!
That evening we took him out to eat...he had pizza and his first cupcake! What a wonderful day!

On Saturday was Mason's birthday party...he was the best little boy all day! I think he had a good time. I know the first party really is for the adults, but Mason will have the pictures to look back on. We will tell him what a sweet and loving little baby he was.

Where did 12 months go?

I made a collage of Mason's 1st year...I will be posting pictures from his party in the next few days.
