New Flash

I just got a new flash for my camera and it's been a challenge to know how to use it!
I have the Nikon D80 and just got the Nikon SB600 Flash.
I'm loving it and I hope I get the hang of it soon!
I just took these pictures today of our little Z girl and she was a real ham!

Happy Thanksgiving!!

We had a great Thanksgiving once again! Thanksgiving is my favorite Holiday! There's nothing like gathering with family and eating all day long! I think I have gained 10LBS!! You can count on me being back on the treadmill next week. I hope everyone had a happy and safe Thanksgiving!

I took my niece out to shoot pictures today and oh WOW!!!! She was all over the place. She was being very sweet, but she wouldn't sit still long enough for me to shoot the picture. I told my brother next time he HAS to go with me. I did get a few good shots out of the shoot. So here are a few

My First Real Photo Shoot

Today was a beautiful day so Mason and I played outside most of the day. I have decided to focus on my photography more. I have been into Photography for years and years, but I really never pushed myself to do better. Since Mason has come along I want to do more and I want to really excel in photography. So here is my FRIST photo shoot. I have SOOOOOOO much to study and learn!!!! These pictures aren't out of this world, but I don't think they are all that bad either.

Halloween

Halloween isn't my favorite event of the year, but since having Mason it has brought new meaning to me. I guess that will be with everything I do now! To share a new event or even a new toy with Mason just over joys me!

I gave DD the job of picking out Mason's costume for Halloween this year...DD did good, but it didn't surprise me when DD told me what he pick.
